Spacious double room

A large, bright, fully furnished double room is available in my home. The room includes a king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, and office chair, making it ideal for someone who needs a comfortable space to study or work from home.

You’ll have access to a shared living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. All bills are included in the rent.

The house is well connected, with the nearest train station just a 10-minute walk away and a bus stop within 5 minutes. There are four trains an hour to Pontypridd, Treforest, and Cardiff, making commuting straightforward. The house is also close to the Taff Trail, making it perfect for walking, running, or cycling.

I’m looking for a housemate who would enjoy a quiet, friendly, and respectful home. I work in higher education and work from home three days a week, so I value a calm, relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy running, keeping fit, and healthy living, and I’m vegetarian. Ideally, I’d like to share with someone who is also vegetarian or has a similar lifestyle.

I’m looking for someone who is considerate, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m always happy to chat or spend time together when we’re both free, but I also value personal space and privacy, and I appreciate living with someone who feels the same.
