One double and one single room available,
Looking for mature clean and respectful house mates who will share the property with myself and look after it. Including general cleaning and tidying 3 ways shared.
Bills to be shared 3 ways. This includes all utilities (water and electricity) council tax , TV license and sky broadband/tv. (No gas at the property) The bills will be provided as proof each month.
There is an enclosed rear garden with patio.
The house is fully furnished, there are two large reception rooms, a small kitchen but it has everything required large fridge freezer, washer/dryer etc.. 4 bedrooms but one is a small room, I have put a multi gym in there which you would be welcome to use.
The room will be available from the 11th August.
You will have your own fridge freezer also with space in the kitchen for your food.
