Bills to be shared 3 ways. This includes all utilities (water and electricity) council tax , TV license and sky broadband/tv. (No gas at the property) The bills will be provided as proof each month.
There is an enclosed rear garden with patio.
The house is fully furnished, there are two large reception rooms, a small kitchen but it has everything required large fridge freezer, washer/dryer etc.. 4 bedrooms but one is a small room, I have put a multi gym in there which you would be welcome to use.
The room will be available from the 1st August.
