I have a double room with en-suite, mini fridge, microwave, kettle and private patio.. The room is within the house but accessed separately and tenant will live independently of the owner. There is ample car parking space. The house is surrounded by fields and countryside and is suitable for a mature working male or female who likes peace and quiet. The house is a 10 minute walk to local shops and 10 minute drive to the nearest train station.
Rent includes all bills. All bedding and towels are supplied but living arrangements are separate from the main house and occupant is responsible for their own laundry and cleaning. There is no shared kitchen with this arrangement.
I'm sociable and friendly but lead a busy life. Saying that, it's always nice to catch up now and then.
