Hello.
I'm Grace, I have just moved into my first home and I am looking for a lodger.
I work close by but do not work from home, the third bedroom in the property is an office so would suit someone who can work from home and it would always be yours.
A little about me, I enjoy cooking baking and hiking, I love a film night but also like to go out occasionally.
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and willing to do their share of the housework. Apart from that I'm pretty easy going and quite chatty but will respect your space. I am mainly looking for someone who will think of the house as there home too and treat it accordingly.
