Fantastic Modern house looking for sensible tenant

Newly renovated room with brand new furniture.

Ideally I would prefer to have a well traveled person who can hold a decent conversation and is respectful of my property.

Tenant must be okay with being around a super friendly Husky X

- TV mounted on wall good to go

What I Expect

- No parties or gatherings
- No extra guests sleeping the night without letting me know and to my agreement.
- Cleanliness throughout the house along with personal hygiene (A MUST) we will keep a cleaning schedule
- Respectful of neighbours and keeping the noise down during the early hours
- Smoking outside in Garden if needed
