This annex is separate from the main house. It has it's own front door - double and single bed, basic kitchen and en suite shower/toilet.
We are in a quiet cul de sac with off street parking. You have access to a garden area,
Pets: we have chickens and 2 cats
People living in the house: It is just myself and my 11 year old son.
Ideally would suit a contractor or hospital staff
