Double room minimum a week rental

Available from middle April-May 2026.
Spacious double room, furnished. And I can provide bed lining and towels.
Shared bathroom (bath/shower), kitchen and living room. Parking is free on the road.
Preferably someone working or studying F/T and not from home. Very important: clean, tidy and quiet at night time.
There is not TV in the room or in the house.
The property is on a main road, short walking distance to bus stops and train station, and 5-10 minutes driving to Treorchy, shops, Asda, Lidl, McDonalds, etc.
I can consider daily booking, Monday to Friday rental, weekly or monthly.
Welcome LGBTQ+ , vegans/vegetarians, people from any cultural and neurodiverse identity.
Rent always paid in advance. Preferable by direct debit.
Bills and services included: Council Tax (band A), Gas and electricity, water services, and broadband.
