Available spacious double room. I can provide bed lining and towels. Shared bathroom (bath and shower) is downstairs (3 bedrooms in total). Garage only for storage, and space for 1 bike or motorcycle. Parking is free on the road.

The property is on main road, easy access to a bus stop just few steps away, a convenience store, and pharmacy just across the road. Nearby fish and ship, and 5-10 minutes driving to Treorchy High Street, Asda and McDonalds Tonypandy.

I am very friendly, approachable, proactive and happy to accommodate others.

I offer 'no deposit' if you are a NHS worker. I can consider daily booking, Monday to Friday rental, weekly or monthly.

Rent can be paid weekly or monthly, and this will reflect any notice period. Accept short or long term contract.

Bills and services included: general house maintenance, overall cleaning and gardening, Council Tax (band A), Gas and electricity, water services, and broadband.
