I have a spacious double room available for rent. The room is large, fully furnished, and freshly painted. The entire house was recently renovated. The room includes a brand-new memory foam mattress for a comfortable sleep. The house is equipped with 5G Wi-Fi throughout.
Shared amenities include a kitchen and a large bathroom. Additionally, there is ample storage space, including an outhouse, storage cupboard, and garage. Parking is not an issue, as there are plenty of available spaces every day.
A bit about me: I work long hours, typically 60-70 hours per week, so you'll rarely see me around. When I'm off, my girlfriend and I often go hiking or on other outdoor adventures. I am available to assist with any issues, either by phone or in person after work.
Tenant Preferences: I am looking for a working professional/student who is clean and committed to maintaining the house to a high standard.
The monthly rent is £415, which includes all bills (Utilities, Wi-Fi, etc.). A deposit of £200 is required, along with a reference from your current employer.
