A Home Full of Character near Pontypridd

This is not a modern house but an old semi-detached house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It has original flagstone floors, old fireplaces and creaking floorboards.

We're looking for a female lodger to share with one (or two for some of the week as I work away.) You'll effectively have the place to yourselves the majority of the time, enjoying the space and tranquillity of a whole house rather than the feel of a typical house share.

Inclusive of bills the cost will be £550 per month.

Within minutes of the front door you'll find beautiful valley walks, mountain bike trails, woodland paths and spectacular views across the hills. The train and bus station is just a short walk away, providing regular services to Cardiff and Pontypridd town centre and within easy access to the A470 and M4.

This is a home for people who appreciate old houses, uneven corners, original features and a bit of history. If you're looking for something pristine and ultra-modern, this probably isn't the place for you.
