Bedroom to rent (lodger)

Bedroom available in a 3‑bed terraced house with an upstairs bathroom and a large garden. Females preferred just due to personal comfort. You’ll have access to the whole house. I’ve only uploaded photos of the bedroom for privacy, but if you want to see the rest of the house just message on here and I will get back to you with some.

It’s a short‑term let for now, possibly longer depending on how things go and what my situation is in a few months.

I’m very easy‑going, laid back and friendly, but this has been my home for some years now so I do want someone who will respect it. Usual house rules apply — look after the place, tidy up after yourself, and keep noise down if you’re coming in late. Can only be 1 person living here but will be happy to discuss boyfriend/girlfriends coming over from time to time.
