Garden is private for landlady and son and this space, and not shared with house guests.
There is no washing machine so you would need to use laundrette.
Free WIFI and all bills included. £175 per week, to be paid weekly. 2 weeks deposit ie. £350. Contract to be signed with 2 weeks notice for each party.
