I have two lovely double rooms available. One room is a large double, furnished, £500 pm bills included and the other is a smaller double, also furnished, £420 pm bills included. Desks/workplaces available.
The house is a terrace on a quiet street in a village about 35 minutes drive from Cardiff and 10 minutes from Pontypridd. From the top of the street there is access to beautiful countryside walks - 3 minutes walk away!
The house includes one large kitchen with all amenities (including dishwasher), a south-facing conservatory, one bathroom with high pressure shower and a large 3-level garden with hammocks, decking area, seating areas and a stream/natural plunge pool at the bottom where you can take a cold dip. The garden is elevated so has views of the surrounding valley.

My name is Poppy and I will be living at the property. I am 35, a bit of a hippie (who nevertheless believes in hygiene and cleanliness!) and I work as a rehabilitation carer. I have a friendly, objectively cute dog called Emyr.
