A small dog lives here but there is no barking from small dog , picture added :-)
Bills not included (energy and council tax if applicable) . Smart meter installed and can be easily calculated per month but can provide the last year or so while I’ve had a lodger.
Bus routes within 5 and 10 mins walk taking you to town centre in 20 minutes. Airport easily accessible. Leisure centre, parks and woodland for outside exercise.
