My name is Lynda and I have a single Room available from September 15th

My house is situated outside of Edinburgh with a journey of around 45: - 1 hour by a 31. Bus which is outside my door..

It is only around 15 minutes to the bypass by car.

My property is very quiet and cleaned to a high standard and cleaning of your own Private Space and Bathroom is essential.

There is a living room which is my private space however there is a lovely diningroom for your use.

No Home working I am sorry. Strictly no smoking inside or outside of my property.. .

The room. Is a single room there is a lovely Bathroom and over bath shower which will be shared with one other person consideration must be given to. Noise levels after 11pm.

I am. Looking for a professional person for the room and the cost for 1 month is £600

Potentially a Nurse Doctor care worker or professional person required.

Rent of £600 is payable on arrival and then 1st of each month.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure the room as a high level of interest exists and would be
returned to you at the end of the lodgers
agreement any damage would be deducted from the deposit.

All Bills are included free wi fi and parking space.

A lodgers agreement will be provided

A minimum term of 3 Months
