Warm, relaxed house

Hi, I’m looking for a lodger for a calm, friendly home in Bonnyrigg.
The flat/house is comfortable, relaxed and generally pretty quiet. I value cleanliness and consideration rather than perfection. It’s the sort of home where people can chat over tea sometimes, but everyone also has space and privacy.
I work in coaching/wellbeing and tend to enjoy thoughtful conversation, creativity, books.
The room would probably suit someone who is reasonably independent, emotionally mature and easy to communicate with.
Open to professionals or mature students. LGBTQ+ friendly.
