We have a double room available to rent on Leamington Terrace
Our spacious flat is a 5-10 minute walk to Bruntsfield Links or the Meadows and 15-20 minutes walk to the Old Town or Princes Street.
The flat is spread across 2 floors and is located on the top (3rd) floor of the building. We have 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath/shower.
There is a large living room with a dining area and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove and plenty of storage space.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a desk with chair.
We also have a cleaner who comes once every two weeks to clean the communal areas.
