I have a beautiful south-west facing double room AVAILABLE MON - FRI ONLY, so 4 nights a week, maximum . Please do not message if you are looking for more than 4 nights a week. The room would suit someone wanting to avoid a long daily commute and who is needing to work in Edinburgh up to 4 nights a week. Unfortunately, home or hybrid working from the flat is not possible.

Room has view of the large walled private garden which you would be welcome to use (and help look after.....if you enjoy gardening!). You will have sole use of the brand new private shower room right next to the room.

You would be sharing the newly refurbished kitchen with all mod cons as well as the the lovely light lounge/diner.
As a teacher working full time, I often need to work in the evenings and would usually do so in the lounge (much as I might prefer to be watching Netflix!)

The garden flat is on a beautiful Georgian street, minutes away from Bruntsfield shops and cafes, close to plenty of green spaces and a short walk into town over the famous Edinburgh Meadows. Brilliant location, very central with several bus routes on the doorstep.

I'm a friendly person by nature but don't usually have much time to socialise in the week. Therefore, what I am offering would suit someone who is considerate, respectful and friendly but who is also independent and fairly self-contained.
