Flatmate wanted in friendly Bruntsfield flat :)

We are Evie, Maka, and Clare. Sadly our flatmate Harriet is moving out to live with her boyfriend which means we are looking for another girl to join our 4-bed flat in Bruntsfield from the 28th of April. :)

The flat is great and we really enjoy living here. It's located in Bruntsfield, very close to the Links and its a safe area. It is a 4-bed flat, with one bathroom, and a kitchen/living area. The bedroom itself has a double bed and is fully furnished. It is on the smaller side but there is plenty of storage space around the flat. It is a lovely bright room which also looks over onto the shared garden, it is also nice and quiet. Parking is available just on the road. We have had a really good experience with our agency too, so no issues there!

A bit more about us....
- Evie is 24 and works in Forestry. She likes to run, go to yoga classes, and have a chill evening cooking, watching a film, or reading.
- Maka is 25 and is from Latvia. She works in Finance and likes to paint, do yoga, and run.
- Clare is 26, also works in Finance and likes running.

We all met and joined this flat through spareroom. We are looking for somebody who wants to be a friend, not just a flatmate. We are all social and like to hang out, whether thats just in the kitchen after work for a chat, a walk, run + sweet treat, board game evening, or the occasional night out. We hope you would be keen to join in as much as you would like :)
