Flatmate wanted in friendly Bruntsfield flat

Hey,

We are Evie, Jess, and Rowan. Our flatmate is moving out to live in Australia which means we are looking for someone to join our 4-bed flat in Bruntsfield from the 1st of August.

Please only message if you are female, are a professional, and are looking to rent long term.

Rent: £725 p/m (This is increasing to £750 in October)
Bills: Around £40
Council Tax: Around £61 p/m (Council Tax Band E)

Total: £836
(+ £900 deposit)

The flat is great and we really love living here. It's located in Bruntsfield, very close to the Links and its a safe area. It is a 4-bed flat, with one bathroom, and a kitchen/living area. The bedroom itself has a double bed and is fully furnished. It is on the smaller side but there is plenty of storage space around the flat. It is a lovely bright room which also looks over onto the shared garden, it is also nice and quiet. Permit parking is available in the area.

A bit more about us....
- Evie is 26 and works in GIS. She likes running, hill walking, and chill evenings cooking and doing something crafty.
- Jess is 26 works in environmental consulting and likes to read, cook, and try new sports.
- Rowan is 25, training to be a counsellor and likes hiking, exploring, painting, and coffee.

We all met and joined this flat through sparerooms over the past couple of years. We are looking for somebody who wants to be a friend, not just a flatmate. We are all social and like to hang out, but all appreciate our own space too. :)
