Bright, modern double room in great location

Looking for a lodger to occupy a spare double bedroom for 5 months in my recently refurbished, modern 3 bedroom flat with myself and my two boys (they are here every other week).

**Please consider if living with a family is what you’re really after- It’s not like living with three flatmates! 😂 Although my eldest has some pretty good football chat to entertain you with**.

I am on the 3rd floor tenement block right in the heart of Bruntsfield with amazing sweeping views over Bruntsfield links and cafes, boulangeries and restaurants right on the doorstep.

We have great bus connections (11,12,16,23) into town and around Edinburgh- the bus stop is 10metres away.

The bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, single wardrobe. The flat has two bathrooms - I have my own en suite so the main bathroom (shower over bath plus toilet) will be used mainly by yourself.

I have my two boys stay every 2nd week, they are 9 and 12, well behaved and go to school in the local area. They have busy schedules so are rarely home during the week and weekends.

I am a working professional and work from home about 80% of the time. I am sociable (an extroverted introvert) and have the occasional dinner party at home and spend time out with friends. I also enjoy ultra running, going to the gym, learning French and so keep quite busy. I do enjoy my own space and quiet though to re energise!

Bills not included. Approx £150 pcm which includes wifi, tv license, energy costs and council tax. We have good wifi throughout the flat.

I will be doing reference, credit and PVG checks so please start organising those if you haven’t already. I’ll confirm with you before doing any of that.
