Double bedroom in sunny Bruntsfield flat

Hi, we are looking for another flatmate to join us in our gorgeous 6 bed flat in Bruntsfield from July onwards!

Alternatively we would also be happy to sublet the room for the month of July only.

The flat is located just a 5 minute walk away from the meadows, a 15-20 to the UoE main library, a 12 minute walk to the Napier Merchiston Campus and a 6 minute walk to the closest shops (Co-op and Sainsbury's)
The flat is equipped with 2 Hobs, Ovens Fridges and Freezers so there is always enough space for everyone. We also have two bathrooms - one with a rain shower and another one with a bath. The hallway has two big storage cupboards which come in handy for suitcases, winter coats and whatever else you don't want to constantly take up a lot of space in your room.
A bit about us:
We are five students , going into our 2nd, 3rd and 4th year at Uni; two at UoE and the others at Napier. We all love a good night out just as much as a cozy movie night or a nice flat dinner. Overall everyone in the flat is pretty active and the flat is definitely a very social and shared space.

It's and HMO flat and rent will be £700pm and bills usually come to £15-£20 in summer and go up to £30-£40 per person in winter.
