Double Room in Bruntsfield

A double room will be available in a three bedroom flat in Bruntsfield the 14th of June 2026.

The room is cosy rather than huge, with space for a double bed some storage and a desk, it has been rearranged since the pictures were taken.

The flat is on a quiet residential street just off Bruntsfield Place, central, with plenty of cafés and shops nearby.

Rent is £540 per month. With bills and council tax (band E) included, it comes to around £700-720 per month.

You'd be sharing with me and Jake, both working professional. The flat has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, a calm home rather than a party space.

We keep shared areas clean and tidy, and it makes a real difference to how comfortable the flat feels. Guests are fine, as long as the flat stays a comfortable base for everyone.

The kitchen and living room are both spacious and comfortable and we have one shared bathroom with shower over tub. The flat is owned by a private landlord who is lovely, and we've had no problems.
