Double Room in Bruntsfield

A double room will be available in a three bedroom flat in Bruntsfield the 14th of June 2026.

The room is cosy rather than huge, with space for a double bed and storage. With some rearranging, it could also fit a small desk if needed. There's also a small box room in the flat for extra storage.

The flat is on a quiet residential street just off Bruntsfield Place, with excellent bus links and easy access to bike paths. The area is central, with plenty of cafés and shops nearby.

Rent is £567 per month. With bills and council tax (band E) included, it comes to around £720 per month. On this point, note that given council tax will increase and energy costs are predicted to increase sharply, it is realistic to expect an increase of around £50 per person within the next few months.

You'd be sharing with me, Italian, working professional. I enjoy films and good food. The flat has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere — more of a calm home than a party space. I'm friendly and always up for a chat, but I also value having our own space.

We keep shared areas clean and tidy, and it makes a real difference to how comfortable the flat feels. Guests are absolutely fine, as long as the flat stays a comfortable base for everyone.

The kitchen and living room are both spacious and comfortable. The flat is owned by a private landlord who is lovely, and we've had no problems.
