Hello!
We have a room available to let in our 3-bed flat in Bruntsfield.
The flat is modern and situated on a quiet road, a short walk from Bruntsfield Place and Harrison Park.
We are looking for a postgraduate or young professional to join us in a home that is clean and calm with the regular flat meals, movies and game nights.
As flatmates we are sociable, but prefer not to host parties and see our home, and we love to spend time running, cycling and enjoying the outdoors when the skies allow.

The room is £650 per month + bills.
We will also consider short-term lets, although long-term lets are preferred and short-term would be at a greater price to accommodate for council tax and admin.
The property is council tax band F, but is efficient with double glazing and a modern boiler so the cost of bills are comparatively low.
