This is a bright, spacious double room in a charming period flat in the heart of Bruntsfield for August only. The flat has high ceilings, beautiful period features and access to a communal garden, making it a relaxing place to come home to after a busy day.

You’ll be sharing the flat with one other person most of the month - I will be away from 11 August. My partner works early mornings in a bakery and spends part of the week working from home. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and considerate, and who’ll enjoy living in a friendly home.

The flat is perfectly placed for the festival while being just far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

We’re also just around the corner from the Pianodrome and the newly opened, popular Ciccetta Gelateria.
