(A DOUBLE BED WILL BE PUT IN BEFORE YOU MOVE IN, I just have back problems and so sleep on the floor instead lol) Looking for someone to rent a double room in a 3 bed flat for the month of September. The location is excellent, quite peaceful and right in front of the Bruntsfield Links, with a Sainsburys and Scot-mid 5 minutes down the road and plenty of bus connections to get you into town. The room is very spacious with bay windows that get a lot of sunshine in the morning. There's a living-room/kitchen with gas hobs and washing machine, as well as a shared garden in the back. You would be living with a very lovely flatmate who loves dancing, the arts, reading and generally a peaceful environment, so ideally someone easy-going, tidy and respectful would be a great fit for this flat.
