Room in cosy 3-bed flat in Bruntsfield

Looking for a new flatmate to join our cosy flat in Bruntsfield. We are two women (aged 28-30), and enjoy a friendly, calm, clean flat vibe. We like cooking, painting, crafting, playing music, hiking, and going to gigs and sessions.

Joanne is doing a part time MA in art history, and Issy works in marine conservation.

We are looking for someone who slots in and feels at home in the flat :)

The available room is spacious with a double bed, good natural light and ample storage. There are three main bedrooms, but also a 'box room' in which we can have guests to stay.

The flat is super conveniently located in Bruntsfield: we are a couple of mins walk to two small supermarkets, lots of handy shops and lovely cafes. Its a 15 minute walk to the main Edinburgh uni campus through the meadows, less than 5 mins to Napier Merchiston and only 5 minutes walk from the canal. Several main bus routes pass on the main road, just round the corner from our flat. Our road is generally very quiet, and we have access to a small quiet shared garden.
