Gorgeous Room in Bruntsfield

I’m looking for someone to replace me in this top floor flat in Bruntsfield EH10, it’s located between Fountainbridge and the Meadows, with good bus connections into the city and many shops and cafes in walking distance including Co-op and Sainsbury’s.

The building has a shared small garden at the back that you have access to as well.

This is a very spacious flat with lovely skylights, the living room is massive and cozy, wonderful for spending time together. The flat like to do dinners and games/dnd nights so someone who shares those interests would be perfect! This is an LGBTQ+ household so queer people or queer-friendly people would be preferred.

At the moment the household is made up of professionals (aside from myself) so they’d be happy to welcome other professionals or students. The flat is currently at £700 a month so if you move in in October that will be the rent, this will increase however in November to £800. Bills are about £50 depending on the month, winters being a lot higher. The council tax is Band E, so it would be £97.67 as a third a month (if you’re not a student).

The kitchen has a dishwasher and we have both the living room dining hall and the living room space as shared spaces. The bathroom shown is shared between my room and one other flatmate, so it never feels like a crowded living space.
