Room in The Bush

We have a room available from 1 December in our lovely home The Bush! It comes with four flatmates, four bicycles, two sets of stairs, no pets and a large amount of plants.

The rent is £410 and bills generally come to about £110. We ask for a deposit of £525, and we can explain a bit more about that when the time comes. As per the photos, the room itself is quite small, but comes with a loft bed and some basic furniture. You're welcome to remove the loft bed, but it does save a lot of space!

We're a fairly alternative and creative bunch with different lifestyles and schedules, and we aren't the type of household where we have communal dinners or things like that regularly, but we do care about living together harmoniously. On that note, we're pretty clean and tidy, though we have a lot of Things and Stuff in the house. We would like to live with someone who also cares for cleanliness and has an awareness of sharing living spaces 🙂
