Because the property is very small, there would be no access to kitchen or living room area as this is where I live and sleep. No guests allowed in property. You would have your own private room and freedom to use bathroom. There is very good shower and bath.
Would suit someone who doesn’t require access to living room/kitchen.
Large tv in bedroom with built in wardrobe.
