* Only a 10-minute walk to regular bus routes into Edinburgh city centre.
* Easy access to Edinburgh Airport, just a 10 minute walk to the Airlink 100 bus or a 10 minute drive to the airport.
* Around a 15 minute walk to the nearest tram stop.

About the Room:

* Bright double bedroom with a double divan bed (with storage underneath).
* Comes furnished with two sets of drawers, a clothes rail, a small cupboard, and blackout blind.

The House:

* Kitchen: Equipped with all essential appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, air fryer plus all necessary cooking utensils.
* Bathroom: Shared bathroom with shower over the bath.
* Garden: Well-maintained outdoor space with seating, ideal for enjoying the sunshine (just kidding, we’re in Scotland!)

About Us:

* We’re a professional couple in our early 30s, working Monday to Friday.
* Our weekends are a mix of exploring the city, shopping, or enjoying a drink at the pub.
* We’re sociable but respectful of personal space and looking for someone like minded- clean, tidy, considerate, and easy going.
* Our previous housemate stayed with us for two years and recently moved back to England which is why the room is now available.
* Bonus: We have a very chilled out cat so animal lovers preferred!

* Semi-detached house with driveway parking available.
* All bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, WiFi)
* Flexible on move in date and length of stay from 1-4 months but can be flexible!
