I live in the house and have 2 private rooms of my own. We would share the dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also an enclosed garden with seating.
I have a cat and occasional visits from well behaved dogs belonging to my immediate family. I work 3 days per week.
My tenant should be tidy and respectful of the house and neighbours. I have no preferences of age or occupation but would prefer to share with a female.
