Description: Looking for a peaceful place to stay during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe? We have a comfortable double room available for a short-term festival let in Corstorphine (EH12).

About Us: We are a friendly family of three currently living in the flat. We maintain a vegetarian/vegan-friendly household and would love to welcome a like-minded festival performer, worker, or visitor!

The Room: Fully furnished double room with storage, perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the venues.

The Location & Amenities: Shopping: Super convenient for groceries—just a short walk to both Lidl and Tesco Superstore. Nature: Located right near Corstorphine Hill, perfect for morning walks, runs, or escaping the city buzz.

Transport (Easy City Access): Fantastic, direct eastbound bus links right on your doorstep. Frequent services (including the 12, 26, 31, and Airlink 100) will take you straight into Princes Street and the heart of the Fringe venues in just 15–20 minutes.
