Spacious fully furnished double bedroom

I have 1 double room in a 2 bedroom 3rd floor flat.. The flat is newly furnished and carpeted threw out the whole property.. I have a male cat that is friendly and fully litter trained called simba he lives with us 3 days a week when I am in the property the other 4 days he is at my partners property with us.. The flat is available 7 days a week.. 4 out of the 7 days you will have the flat to yourself and the 3 days I will be there i will working night shift and my partner Pamela will be home.. we are a very quiet and respectful and love to keep our property clean and tidy.. We are open to Smokers but you must only smoke on the balcony which is situated off the kitchen and livingroom.. We have excellent transport links in close proximity to the flat but number 21/31/32 and a few others.. we are a 15 minutes walk from the Gyle and the gyle tram stop which will take you straight into the city centre or the Airport
