There is a downstairs bathroom with shower. A shared kitchen and living room. There is also a large fully decked garden to the rear and off road parking for 2 vehicles at the front.
Central heating and broadband are included as are all bills.
It is situated very close to bud and rail transport links all within a five minute walk.
For outdoors types there is the Union canal a few minutes walk away and also access to Colinton dell and woods.
There is one very easy going male occupant. The other bedroom is kept by the landlord for their occasional visits to Edinburgh
