Looking for Flatmate to share a room in a cozy two bed new build house. The other room mate is a wee black cat who is very tidy and cuddly and not allowed on kitchen work bench or dinning table!
I'm a vegetarian but if you're not it's not a deal breaker.
All bills are included in the rent :- gas, electricity, broadband, council tax band C.
The room is a good sized double with plenty of storage, double glazing and gas central heating. The house has a modern open plan kitchen/living area, a modern good sized bathroom and a utility room with washing machine .
There is free on street parking and parking spaces are always available.
Outside there is a small private garden and patio area perfect for any sunny days and a communal garden and a bike store.
There are good bus links, within a five minute walking distance, into Edinburgh town centre on Lothian buses 30/2/14 which take 20-25 mins.
The RIE Hospital and Bio Quarter are all in walking distance through Craigmillar Castle park and a 7 minute bus journey on Lothian buses.
Fort Kinnaird shopping park is a 10 minute bus journey.
Would suit a professional or student.
