in our house( niddrie marischal road eh16 4lg)..the room is double bedroom with built in cupboard ,The house is near QMU(university) and royal infirmary hospital
the house got big garden, it has plenty of storage space and ample size kitchen. there is also a garden shed where you can store bike. house is located in very quit and working class neighbourhood mainly families,
There is a big shopping centre near the house within walking distance and all supermarkets/cinema pubs and restaurants are there.
house has regular bus services to and from city centre(take only 20 minutes) including night buses. ,
we are looking for a nice caring clean person . the house is very near to queens Margaret university and the university of Edinburgh is not that far either , so students are also welcome.
