Calm furnished bedroom - 3 bedroom flat

Hi! We’re two friendly, and considerate flatmates, in our early 30s looking for a third person to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat. A bright, fully furnished bedroom is available.

The flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them is an ensuite, and the other is shared between you and one other flatmate. The available room is a spacious single, nicely furnished.

You’ll have access to a shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a beautiful balcony that’s perfect for relaxing on sunny afternoons.

We also have free off-street parking and the flat is just a short walk from a bus stop, making commuting easy.

You’d be sharing the space with two working professional women and two sweet cats. The cats roam the common areas but won’t enter your bedroom. We keep the flat calm, clean, and respectful, ideal for someone who appreciates a peaceful home life.

We’re ideally looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 8 months, but we’re open to chatting about what works best for everyone. Most bills are included except one the electricity/gas.
