Double room with small double bed, large built in wardrobe, desk, bookcase, TV and sofa sharing with home owner. Tenant will have exclusive use of large main bathroom. Open plan kitchen and living room will be shared by both of us. Kitchen is compact with usual amenities and there will be space set aside for you in fridge and cupboards. Also lucky to have a small patio area at rear of house accessed by patio doors. Looking for clean and considerate tenant, student or professional for 3-6 month let but length of stay negotiable. No pets at present since my beloved cat passed away but there may be possibility of sharing with a cat in the future so must like cats Flat is located in east of city on good bus routes in to city centre, towards Leith, Portobello and Musselburgh and is walkable to the Royal Infirmary and Bioquarter. There is a large Lidl 10mins walk from flat and other supermarkets easily accessible by car or bus.

About me, I work full-time, go to the gym 2-3 times a week, love all kinds of music with more recent fall in to the K-pop rabbit hole, enjoy films, k-drama and j-drama too. Have an interest in languages. Speak rusty intermediate Japanese, basic high school level French ability and attempting to learn Korean at present.
