Bus stop 150m, no 47 bus 30-45 min journey to West End and Old Town, no 32 bus to the Gyle. Fast Stagecoach buses to town from Barnton Junction, a 12 min walk. Drumbrae Leisure Centre not far. Small garden, surrounding communal gardens, easy parking, 10 min walk to local shops, close to National Cycle Route 1. Big kitchen with corner seat, large table, oven, dishwasher, microwave, TV. Washing machine, bike storage in garage. We share kitchen, living room with big screen TV.

Important is you need to be happy living on your own when I'm away, which I am quite often, especially in winter, and to share when I'm here. Would suit independent professional male. ( Really great if you speak German, as I'm intermediate level, trying to improve ).
