Attractive spacious double room with own shower/WC, table, ample storage, in comfortable townhouse. Located in beautiful Barnton, North West Edinburgh, a mile from the coast at Cramond, 30-45 minutes direct bus 47 journey to George Street, Princes Street, Old Town, and University a bit further. Drumbrae Leisure Centre 1 and a half miles. Small garden, surrounding communal gardens, easy parking, 10 min walk to local shops, close to National Cycle Route 1 and bus stop. Big kitchen with corner seat, large table, new oven, dishwasher, microwave. Washing machine, bike storage in garage. We share kitchen, living room with big screen TV. You need to be happy living on your own when I'm away, which I am often in winter, and share when I'm here. Would be really great if you speak German, as I'm intermediate level, want to improve. If you work in or near the New Town, The Gyle, Airport, or even Fife, the location could work well. Monthly rent of £700 includes bills, but subject to 'Reasonable Usage'.
