· 20 min bike ride to Haymarket on a lovely cycle path (old train route)

Important:

There's a lovely, friendly indoor male cat living in the flat. The room suits cat lovers!

Viewings in person and online. The friendly live-out landlord occasionally pops in to check on the cat and deliver cat food.
