Delighted to present a cosy, private double room in our family home in Currie. The ensuite room is furnished with a double bed, mattress and built in wardrobe. In addition, you will have shared access to kitchen, dining area and laundry machine. Our home is about 15 minutes walk to Heriot Watt university. The property also benefits from excellent public transport with both train station and a bus stop under 5 minute walk, operating regular services into Edinburgh or Glasgow. Edinburgh city centre is about 30-40 minutes on a bus or 15-20 minutes on the train. Edinburgh airport is 10-15 minutes drive.

I live here with my husband and 2 young children aged 8 and 5. We are a friendly young family with an active lifestyle. We enjoy socialising but also prepared to offer each other space to relax. Our home is vibrant, jovial and (like any other home with young children) sometimes noisy but its warm, welcoming and safe. Both of us work full time with a few days in office each week.

Please note due to security and privacy for our children, you will not be allowed to have guests over.

This room will particularly appeal to post graduate or Doctorate candidates at Heriot Watt university.
