Relax and unwind in the semi-rural village of Danderhall, Danderhall has very village like vibes but still incredibly accessible to the city with direct express bus links that take you direct into the city. Or it is only a 15 minute drive into the centre of Edinburgh. It is also a very good location for anyone working at the Royal Infirmary, which is nearby. The local vicinity of Danderhall is a ex mining village and has excellent local walks in parks and surrounding areas.

The Room is above a walkway and shares no walls with occupied rooms, so it is very peaceful and secluded part of the house. It is the closest room to the shower room. The shower room has been recently changed and has a spacious enclosed shower. There is a separate additional WC/Toilet downstairs

Has a smart TV with BBC channels and Netflix etc. The bed is a Ottoman bed so it lifts up and has extra storage underneath.

It has a desk and chair built into one of the wardrobes.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Only other people sharing the house is us, a live in couple.
