Hi we are a family with one adult son and two friendly dogs, looking to rent our self contained spare double room with kitchen and shower room.. We live in the Duddingston area of Edinburgh, with the Figgate Park on our doorstep, and Portobello beach a 10 minute walk away. There are frequent bus services into Edinburgh city centre and also the New Royal Infirmary nearby and the option of free on-street parking just outside the house too if you need to drive/park a car.
