Bus 11 terminus very close by. Several more bus routes and the tram can be found beside Asda, an easy ten minute walk away.

150 meg broadband. Large, good quality gaming TV provided in living room, complete with sport and movie channels. You’ll have the living room to yourself the majority of the time as I have my own setup in my room.

All bills are covered, including all normal electricity usage. If working from home we can come to some arrangement should you require higher usage although in the past I’ve never had to ask for further contributions.

Owner retired, easy going, quiet living, tidy and loves travel with a passion.

The flat will suit somebody who enjoys peace and quiet with a bit of wave noise, depending on the mood of the sea. The kitchen, living room and hallway are shared and we would both ensure that they are not left in a mess!

I travel a lot so am likely to be away for extended periods of time.

Rent adjustment can be negotiated for couples.
