Cosy Single Room in a huge flat

We are renting out a lovely single room with a double bed on a very big flat. This is a five bedroom flat, very close to the city centre and less than a five minute walk away from the Meadows.

The flat has a very classic style with lots of vintage furniture, old dark floorboards and colourful decoration.

Generally, the flat is very cosy and homey. There are 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining table, living room, a shower room, and bathroom. We have broadband of course and a lovely view to the hill of Arthur Seat. We are sociable but quiet and we enjoy a good chat. Generally it's not a party flat - people have lived here for a long time and like to take care of it, it's more a home.

The Room

The room is single, there are large ceilings so a double loft bed has been set up which gives it quite a lot of space. It means it is the warmest room in the flat for winter. It's one room away from the street meaning it's quieter than most of the bedrooms.

Person Specification (Who we're looking for):

We are looking for someone who is sociable but respects other people’s privacy. As long as you're a straight-up, honest and laid back person, we think you'd get on great in the flat.
