Spacious double room available in central flat

Hello there,

I am looking for a flatmate to move into my brilliant city centre flat from the 1st October. The flat is very spacious with high ceilings and big windows with views of Hill Square and Arthurs Seat. The room available is a decent size with a double bed, wardrobe, large window and 2x chest of drawers.

You would be living with a 42 year old easy going Male who works as a social worker and a freelance Illustrator I am very clean and tidy and like to treat the flat like a home. I am social but also very independent so I would be looking for someone very similar.

The ideal person would be someone in their thirties or forties, male or female who is reasonably social who doesn’t just lock themselves in their room and likes the idea of relaxing in the living room; catching up over food/drinks and occasionally getting lost in the world of Netflix.
