Looking for professionals however we will consider students as well. The lodger must be tidy and respectful.
The furnished room consists of desk and twin beds, wardrobe, TV.. For single person we can put in a single bed/double bed. The room has a private bathroom and a garden view.. Access to shared living room.. There is free Wi-Fi and access to our kitchen, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Note that the price is for ONE person(£895 pcm including all utility bills & ctax). The price for two people is £1250 pcm -this includes adjoining single room.
