The Flat
This flat has a well equipped separate kitchen, decent sized living room and unlimited storage space in the loft! Is right next to the Meadowbank shopping centre so you are not short of places to get groceries and there are about 3 gyms within 400m !

The bedroom is fairly small but has a nice built in wardrobe, a desk and futon which can be folded out to be a ‘double bed’.
About me
I work as a freelance software developer, then in my free time I enjoy dancing and playing music !
Just looking to rent the spare room out for a month or two for a wee bit of extra cash for travelling next year! Starting from sometime before 15th October until around December.
As I own the flat it is easy enough to do with the rent a room scheme, you will get a contract too.
