We are letting a whole flat in central Edinburgh from 6 January 2020 with a minimum of 4 months, maximum 5 months.. The Flat is located on Learmonth Avenue with views of the majestic Fettes College. This is a highly desirable area of the city: easy access to the city centre yet located on a quiet street.

Rooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 single room, 1 living room, 1 dining room, one bathroom (with shower and bath) and a kitchen. The living room contains a comfortable double sofa bed which could be used if required for guests.

This flat is very central and is within walking distance of most Edinburgh Festival events - we are in the Comely Bank area, about 20 minute walk from Princes Street and Haymarket Railway Station. There is also good access to other areas in south east Scotland.

Bedding, towels, kitchenware and two keys are provided. Bills are not included in the rent, but all utilities have been previously arranged. The cost for this per month is £185 (council tax) + £70 (broadband, gas and electricity)
