This lovely room sits at the back of the property overlooking the communal garden. The room has a king size bed, coffee table, armchairs, a walk in wardrobe/shelf area and has its own en-suite.

The flat is ideally located only 20 minutes walk away from the city centre, this main-door flat is within easy reach of all amenities. A well presented, large and fully equipped property with a homely feel. The living room consists of comfortable sofa with a small dining table. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the mod-cons and a dining table. There is a communal garden to the back and a private front garden/patio.

We are ideally looking for a non-smoking professional that is tidy and considerate. We are two guys (a couple) that enjoy cooking, socialising and fitness. We both usually work Mon-Fri 8-5pm so are ideally looking for someone with a similar work pattern. We have another room for rent so you would be sharing with 3 others.

Rent is £1200 which includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricity and wifi). A deposit is required of £1000 which would be returned at the end of your stay. This room is available from beginning of January 2027 and we would like someone to stay for at least 3 months.
