En-Suite Student Room for Male Postgrad

Hi there!

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in O'Shea North Edinburgh University student accommodation. Please note that this flat is only available for male postgraduate students who are enrolled at a university in Edinburgh.

I'm very flexible and can move out any date starting from now, but I'm also happy to organise a moving date that suits you. This might be ideal if you're a postgrad starting in January and wish to move in early.

The room is a single en-suite in a shared flat with four other nice male postgrad students who are all international. The flat has a spacious, shared kitchen with a TV. It's in a great location just off Holyrood road, a 5-min walk from Pleasance gym and 5-10-min from the Old Town. There's access to plenty of student facilities including a library, common room, bike storage, music room and laundry room. The least is until the end of August 2020 and is £710/month (although you don't have to pay for the month of August). This includes all bills and wifi.
